About the exhibition
CAEx Food & HoReCa is the 3rd international exhibition for the food and HoReCa industries in Uzbekistan, which will take place in Tashkent from 4 to 6 February 2027. The event will be held at one of Central Asia’s largest exhibition centres — Central Asian Expo Uzbekistan (CAEx).

The Development of the HoReCa Market in Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan is located in the heart of Central Asia — one of the region’s most promising markets for food production, processing and consumption, with access to a market of more than 38 million people.
With its strategic location and the rapid development of the food and HoReCa sectors, CAEx Food & HoReCa is becoming an effective B2B platform for entering and expanding across Central Asian markets.
The exhibition brings together Uzbek producers, international brands and exporters, providing a professional environment for establishing new business connections, developing partnerships and scaling businesses across the region.

As part of CAEx Food & HoReCa, an international competition will be organised in collaboration with the Uzbekistan Chefs’ Association, bringing together professional chefs from Uzbekistan and other countries.

International Buyer Programme
In collaboration with the Food Industry Association and the Exporters’ Association of Uzbekistan, a Hosted Buyers programme will be organised, aimed at attracting international buyers and fostering business contacts amongst exhibition participants.
